Bring sweetness back into your life with this handcrafted sweet bath, the same blend I make for my own spiritual work.
Traditionally taken after a cleansing, a sweet bath is used to restore softness, draw in love and goodwill, and invite blessings, joy, and favor onto your path.
Whether you're calling in romance, deepening self-love, seeking peace, or just ready for a lighter spirit, this bath is traditionally worked to surround you with warmth, beauty, and ease.
Blended with flowers and herbs known for their love, harmony, and attraction properties, it is ideal for anyone ready to feel open, sweet, and blessed again.
How to Prepare & Use
- Boil 4–6 cups of water and remove from heat.
- Add a generous handful of the herb blend, cover, and let it steep for 15–20 minutes, or until the water is fragrant and colored.
- Strain the herbs out and let the liquid cool to a comfortable warm temperature.
- Add the infusion to a warm bath and soak for at least 15 minutes, or stand in the shower and pour it over yourself from the neck down after you've washed.
- While you bathe, speak your intention or pray for what you want to draw sweetness into.
- Air dry if you can, or gently pat dry instead of rubbing, so the work stays on you.
- Wear white or light clothing for the rest of the day
- Return the spent herbs to the earth at the base of a tree or in your garden.
Sweet baths are traditionally taken after a cleansing bath, and many practitioners prefer a Friday or a waxing moon for love and attraction work.
